• Placing Your Ad: We write ads that pull in the best candidates.

• Screen/Review Resumes: We screen resumes against key criteria to find those best for your job.

• Phone Interviews: We phone-interview qualified candidates for approximately 10-30 minutes to select the best.

• In-Person Interviews: We interview candidates for 30-45 minutes.

• Final Candidate In-Person Interviews: We either conduct or can assist you in conducting finalist interviews.

• Reference Checks on Finalists: We carefully interview references.
